About Nora
In 1998, Doctors Osama and Lillian Gaber established Nora’s Gift Foundation in memory of their daughter Nora, who was killed in a tragic automobile accident at the age of seven.
Nora’s legacy did not end with her death. Her organ donations helped several critically ill children and fueled the creation of Nora’s Home, an enduring gift to those in need.

4 different Houston organ-related organizations teamed up to greet Lynn and me to Houston.
Nora’s Home hosted the event
LifeGift– The organ procurement organization (OPO) for North, Southeast and West Texas. They partner with more than 200 hospitals across 109 counties
The Living Bank– Established in 1968, The Living Bank served as the nations’ first organ donor registry and the first provider of organ donation and transplantation education in the United States.
Children’s Transplant Initiative– Children’s Transplant Initiative will empower, inspire, and give hope to children and their families who are involved in the transplant process by providing spiritual, emotional, and financial support.
Had a very fun event which included a tour of Nora’s Home.

Spent a little time at the NASA Space Center.
