2 Year Check-up

I went in yesterday for my 2 year post donation checkup. My kidney function is well within normal ranges for every category, even with one kidney!

Starting to ramp up on TOT 4.5, Lubbock, Texas to New Orleans starting March 9th, 2023, World Kidney Day.

Lynn and I returned from our trip to Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, etc. I got some nice biking in and had many opportunities to talk to many people about The Organ Trail.
