Is everyone our brother or sister?

If we consider everyone to be our brother or sister, why not consider to be evaluated to be a living kidney donor? There is no decision to be made till one passes the evaluation.
You may not save an Olympic medalist, but I can guarantee you, your recipient will treat you like one.
